Interview Training

The job interview is very often the most crucial stage in the entire selection process and frequently sees the employer and candidate meeting face-to-face for the first time. As such, it provides the employer with an excellent opportunity to explore any areas of concern they might have over the person’s suitability for the role.

However, if the interviewer doesn’t know which questions will elicit a meaningful response from the candidate, or hasn’t had time to prepare properly for the interview, then it is highly unlikely that they will find satisfactory answers to their questions. As a consequence, they will conclude the meeting knowing little more than when it started, and have no other option than to make an ill-informed selection decision.

To overcome this issue, Cubiks has developed a Interview Training programme for HR professionals and line managers. This has been specifically designed to help employers quickly analyse a person’s suitability for a role and hence make an informed selection decision.
