Leadership Development

The Cubiks Leadership Model

 

The foundation of all our Leadership Development interventions is the Cubiks Leadership Model which includes:

  • A generic description of leadership, which has been developed using well-established leadership research
  • A clear interpretation of what tasks and responsibilities the leadership description implies for leaders at different organisational levels
  • A set of competencies that are required to perform effectively as a leader at each organisational level
  • A definition of a meta-capability – defined as Core Potential - which underpins an individual’s ability to reflect and develop
  • An explanation of the role played by ’derailers’
  • Methods to assess and evaluate the leadership talent and potential
