Cubiks was founded with the objective of capitalising on the growing business need for assessment measures that could be delivered online. We were one of the first companies to enter this market in 2000 and have grown our portfolio of products and services consistently ever since. Unlike conventional 'test publishers', Cubiks employs a multi-disciplinary team of occupational psychologists, HR consultants and IT professionals. This means we are able to offer clients bespoke solutions that are configured to meet their exact requirements.

New product development is led by the Innovation, Products and Technology team which is based in Cubiks' corporate headquarters in the UK. The team manages a rolling programme of development to ensure that its products maintain their position at the forefront of assessment design and delivery.
